Four(4) University Guards Arraigned Before Court For Alleged Negligence Of Duty

What ever worth doing, is worth doing well, this wasnt the case of four security men. The police arraigned four security men before an Abuja Senior Magistrates’ Court for alleged negligence of duty, which resulted in the theft of 26 cows. Those arraigned included Abdullahi Lawal, 28; Suleiman Isah, 35; Aliyu Mohammed, 25 and Mohammed, 22, who are security guards with the Nigeria Turkish Nile University, Abuja. The police prosecutor, Philips Apollos, told the court that the accused persons were assigned by the management to take care of 138 cows in the school premises. Apollos said the guards abandoned their duty post, thereby allowing unknown persons to enter the premises to steal 26 of the cows. “The thieves broke through the school fence and stole 26 cows valued at N2.1m,” Apollos said. wahala dey!!!
